To Print Company Phone Number with Field Label in Transaction FormPDF Format

In order to show Phone field label together with the phone number value, please check the following workaround:

1. Customize sales order form (transaction form) under Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms.

2. Printing Type: Basic.

3. Under Printing Fields > Header, set Company Phone field Print/Email=False and set Company Address to True.

4. Then enter the Address, Phone Label and Phone Number on the Address box > Save.

5. OR Customization > Forms > Transaction Form PDF Layouts > edit the PDF layout used by the sales order form.

6. Click Add Custom Element > enter the phone label under Element Name (e.g.) Direct Number > then enter the number on the Element Text.

7. Tick Show Label box > OK

8. Then position the custom element under Company Information element.

9. Save the pdf layout.
