When the user prints the Transaction, a prompt is displayed with the instruction to save the file instead of immediately launching the actual PDF file.
1. Log in to NetSuite using Firefox browser.
2. Navigate to Transactions > Sales > Enter Sales Order > Lists.
3. In the Sales Order list page, choose one sales order to print.
4. Click Print beside the transaction.
5. Notice the prompt with the instruction to Save File.
To resolve this, perform the following steps:
Open a Firefox browser > click Open Menu > Options > Applications > under Content Type, look for Adobe Acrobat Document > under Action, select Use Adobe Reader.
