To show all level of subcustomer on the Parent record, perform the following steps:
First part is to create a saved search:
1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2. Click Customer
3. Provide a Search Title.
4. Check Public.
5. In the Results tab > Columns subtab, add/remove desired fields.
6. In the Available Filters tab, add Sub of.
7. Click Save.
Second part is to create the sublist.
1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Sublists.
2. Click the Entity tab.
3. In the Search field, select the saved search.
4. Provide a Label.
5. Select the tab (e.g. Relationships).
6. Check Customer.
7. Click Save.
To verify, navigate to Lists > Relationships > Customers > View a customer record. Click the tab where the sublist is added.
