Show Cart Buttons above the Cart Table

To show the Cart buttons above the shopping cart table perform the following steps:
 
1. Navigate to Lists> Website> Tabs.
2. Edit Shopping Cart tab.
3. In the Greeting field click HTML source code then put this sample code:
