1. Login as the
Administrator2. Navigate to
Customization >
Forms >
Entry Forms or
Transaction Forms (depending on the Customers inquiry)
3.
Customize any of the
Standard Forms where you wish to
apply the
Custom Field4. Save
5. Navigate back to
Customization >
Lists, Records, & Fields >
Entity Fields (for example)
6.
Click the name of the
Custom Field in question
7.
Save & Apply to Forms > select the Custom Form that was created in Step 3
8. Save
Note: Apply Custom Field to Forms page only displays the Custom Form
