Update the Contact Role of a Contact associated to a Customer via CSV

To update the Contact Role of a Contact associated to a Customer record via CSV. Perform the following steps in NetSuite:

1. Login as the Administrator
2. Navigate to Setup > Import/Export > Import CSV Records > Import Type = Relationships > 
Record Type = Customers And Contacts Together > select File > Next
3. Data Handling = Update > Next
4. Field Mapping:

Customer Internal ID <<<< --------------- >>>> Internal ID (In the Customer folder)
Contact Internal ID <<<< --------------- >>>> Contact 1: Internal ID (In the Contact folder)
Contact Role <<<< --------------- >>>> Contact 1 : Attached Role (In the Contact folder)

Click on the Pencil Icon if you want to provide a default value then click Next.

5. Specify Import Map Name, then click on Save & Run  

Note: Add fields in the CSV file (as header) if needed
Add Contact in the CSV field mapping if Mandatory
