Update Payment information integrated from Quickbooks to OpenAir

Enable Update QuickBooks payments in OpenAir in the Quickbooks (QB) Settings window in the section AR export.

Only the invoice payments applied after the setting is enabled will post back to OpenAir. 
The payment has to be applied to the actual invoice record as opposed to the customer. The payments should show under the Payments tab in the OpenAir invoice view.
