OpenAir Professional Services team, while in the process of implementing the customer's OpenAir account, creates an account with an ID of Admin and assigns a placeholder/temporary email address of changeme@openair.com. They use this to log in to the account. This has administrator access which they use during the implementation process.
Before the account goes live, Professional Services usually changes this email address. The new email address depends on who will be using this administrator account moving forward (the account may have more than 1 administrator). This administrator account with the changeme@openair.com email address is counted to the total number of active users for the account so the customer indeed has the right to use it (change its user ID and/or email address).
If a user sees that the account named Admin still has this changeme@openair.com email address, this means that Professional Services may have overlooked this. The administrator may change this, assign a new user id and email address which will depend on who will use it moving forward.
