Now all NetSuite users will have searchable access to a rich repository of answers with SuiteAnswers, your one-stop destination for support and training related inquiries. In direct response to customer demand for more self-service, SuiteAnswers gives you searchable access to support solutions, best practices, training videos and help. Use the SuiteAnswers portal to:
- Search the knowledge base for an answer to any support question
- View ranked search results sorted by relevance
- Browse the Learning Center's extensive self-paced training catalog and take a course
- Rate and provide feedback on knowledge articles and training courses
- Open a support case online or by phone.
Additionally, the NetSuite Support tab is being redesigned to provide a more streamlined, user-friendly experience. Many links previously found on the Support tab have been removed or relocated so review the table below to reference key activities and how to accomplish them.

Of special note: The NetSuite Support Center has been renamed the NetSuite Account Center and is accessible in the upper left hand corner of the Support tab.

Enter vital keywords in the search box at the top of the SuiteAnswers home page to get relevant answers to your questions. Go to SuiteAnswers and click the Contact Support Online button in SuiteAnswers. This option is available only from the production account. Go to the SuiteAnswers portal and click on the Contact Support by Phone button on the home page (production account). Go to the Support tab and click on the NetSuite Account Center link in the upper left hand portlet. Go to the SuiteAnswers portal and click on the Contact Support by Phone button on the home page. The IVR menu is available in the pop-up window. In your NetSuite account, navigate to Setup > Company > NetSuite Account Information. Click the Learning Center tab at the top of the SuiteAnswers portal and either search for a specific course or use the left side navigation menu to see course titles by category. NetSuite Central is being retired. Training courses previously accessed through NetSuite Central can be browsed and searched in SuiteAnswers. The Professional Services One Methodology will now be accessed directly from the NetSuite Support tab. Access Help, sneak peeks, user guides, etc. through the Help link at the top of every NetSuite application window. Go to the Support tab and click on the NetSuite Account Center link in the Professional Services portlet on the lower left. Go to the Support tab and click on the NetSuite User Group link in portlet on the left. |
