The error "This record already exists" will appear if the External ID was already used in previous transaction. Use a unique External ID so that the transaction will be imported without this error.
To check if a certain external ID is already used in the system, a saved search can be done.
1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2. Click on Transaction link.
3. On the Criteria tab > Standard subtab > add External ID = (the number of the external ID used on the csv file that has the error).
4. Click Preview.
