Display Details for Returned Items in Items Purchased subtab of Customer Record


The Deal/Item view should display the negative amounts that are generated when customers return items, so to achieve the view that you want:

1. Log in as Administrator
2. View any customer record
3. Click the Sales tab > Items Purchased subtab
4. Set View to Deal/Item

5. Click Customize View
5. Set Criteria > Filter > Type = Return Authorization
6. Under Results tab > Field = Number and set the Summary Type = Group
7. Click Save
