In Setup > Site Builder > Customize Text > Customize Text Group assigned to the Web Store > under Headings tab > notice that there are 2 'Payment Information' default text:
1. First Payment Information on the Default Text list:
Payment Information = This appears when there are payment information error messages (ex: when customer enters an invalid credit card format). It shows on top of the Review & Submit page - where checkout error appears.
2. Second Payment Information on the Default Text list:
Payment Information = This appears on the Checkout Page (Payment Information header (default grey in color)
