Sales Order Saved Search Grouped by Item then Count per Sales Order

Problem: Sales Order Saved Search grouping by Item then Count per Sales Order

Expected Result: To be able to Group all Item A with Count of 2; Group Item B with Count of 1 per Sales Order entry
 
Solution:
 
1.  Go to Transactions > Management > Saved Searches > New.

2.  Click on Transactions link.

3.  On Criteria tab > Standard subtab.
- Set Type is Sales Order
- Set the Date
- Tax Line is False
- Item Fields... Select Type from the pop up menu then select Inventory Item
 
4.  On Results tab
- Item - Summary Type is Group
- Number - Summary Type is Count
 
5.  Enter the Search Title.

6.  Save & Run the Search.

Actual Result:

Item B ---  1
