Customers may reply to the Marketing Campaign sent to them. Their replies will be sent to the "Reply To" Email Address setup on the Marketing Template.
If you wish to see a list of all Customer Replies to Campaigns, you can create a Campaign Saved Search.
1. Navigate to Reports > New Search
2. Select Campaign from the list
NOTE: Make sure that the option Use Advanced Search is checked
3. Use the filter below:
Internal ID = Internal ID of the Campaign Record
Response = is Responded
4. On the Results tab, add the following fields:
Recipient
Messages fields...Author
Messages fields...Message
Response
5. Save and Run the Search
