Australia > EFT > Payment Processing > ABA File Administration - Cannot Delete file due to this message " This custom record entry cannot be deleted because it is referred to by other records"

EFT ABA file is associated on both Bill Payment and Bill. To be able to delete the ABA these two associated transactions should also be deleted. 

User may view the associated bill payment on this path  
1. EFT > Payment Processing > ABA File Administration 
2. Click Edit   
3. Payments tab > Payment Details sub tab. 


The bill can be viewed under the Apply tab of the Bill Payment
