File Attachments in Emailed Messages is Always Saved in the NetSuite Application

By design, all file Attachments are automatically saved in the NetSuite application. If the user adds new files, the default folder selected is the last folder selected for uploading. 

Note: If user has a lot of one-time forms that goes out together with the Emails, it is best to create a separate folder that functions for such, that way, it can be deleted immediately, avoiding the overload of used files in the system. This is also a way to properly manage the files in File Cabinet.
