Any/all HTTPS pages and data downloads are blocked when the InternetOptions/Advanced option, "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" isselected. This option was set by default during the IE9 installation. Furthermore,this option did not return to the original IE8 Not-Select configuration whenIE9 was uninstalled and IE8 was automatically re-installed.
