Business Number / Tax ID Number field on Customer Statement Does Not Print On the PDF Layout

The Business Number/Tax ID Number field on the Customer Statement is part of the Company Information (standard element) on the Statement PDF Layout and the user needs to increase the width and height of this element in order for the Business Number field to print.

For example:
I. Enable the Business Number/Tax ID Number field by editing an existing Statement Form.
    1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms.
    2. Edit the existing Statement Form (custom).
    3. On Printing Fields tab, click on Header subtab and set Print/Email box checked for Business Number.
    4. Click Save.

Note:
- Take note of the existing PDF Layout (custom) selected on the PDF Layout field on that existing Statement Form.

II. Increase the Width and Height of the Company Information element. 
    1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Form PDF Layout.
    2. Edit the PDF Layout being used by Statement Form in Steps I.
    3. Highlight Company Information element and make the necessary adjustments for the Element Size (e.g. Width=10.5, Height= 1.8).
    4. Click Save.
