Customer Center Role is not able to Change Currencies even though Multi-Currency Customer is Enabled

Verify the form used on the Customer Center Role if the Currency field is set as an Inline Text. To do this, follow the steps below:


1.      Navigate to Customization > FormsTransaction Forms.

2.      Click Edit/Customize on the Sales Order (External) form assigned to the Customer Center Role.

3.      Navigate to the Screen Fields tab > Main tab of the form customization page.

4.      Inline with the field Currency, set the Display Type to Normal.

5.      Click Save.
