Customer/Partner Record > Relationships Tab > Add Contact > Name Field is not Available so the User Cannot Save a New Contact Record

The fields when creating a new Contact under a Lead/Partner or other records are controlled by the custom contact form Quick Add fields.

To resolve the problem, edit the preferred Contact form and add Name or other desired fields in Quick Add.

1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Entry Forms.
2. Edit the preferred Contact form.
3. Navigate to Fields tab > Main subtab
4. Under Quick Add, check Name and other fields necessary to be readily available when creating new contact under a new Lead/Partner.
5. Click Save.
6. To test, navigate to Lists > Relationships > Customer > New > Relationships tab:

Actual Result: User sees the Name and other fields that were checked as Quick Add in the custom Contact form as above.
