External Case Form Redirect URL to stay in Customer Center after a customer submit a Case

Consider the following scenario:

The customer logs in to Customer Center and then submits a case. After clicking submit, the customer is redirected to the Webstore. Logging back in to Customer Center to do other things such as View Transactions, Outstanding Balance or submitting Returns is time consuming.

Resolution: Configure the External Case Form Redirect URL with Customer Center Homepage.

1. Navigate to Setup > Support > Support Preferences > External tab.

2. On the External Case Form Redirect URL field, enter the following URL:

Note: If the Production account is in a different data center, the Redirect URL must reflect the same data center.


3. Click Save.
