Saved Search to View Complete Case Message History

To create this search, see the steps below:
1. List > Search > Saved Searches > New > Case.
2. Results tab > add the following fields:
  • Number (Summary Type=Count)
  • Company(Summary Type=Group)
  • Messages Fields: Message 
Note: Users may include others fields they need for reference. 

3. Enter a Search Title
4. Check Public checkbox.
5. Check Available as List View checkbox.
6. Click Save & Run.
