Administrators Cannot See Some Events in the Activities > Scheduling > Events List

Users, regardless of the role they are logged in with, can only access Events through the Activities > Scheduling > Events or through an Event Saved Search if they are set as an Attendee to the Event. Otherwise, if the Event owner's Calendar is set to either Public or Shared to the user, they can access the event by navigating to Activities > Scheduling > Calendar then set Calendar = Calender of the owner.
