Create a Custom 404 Page

Follow these steps to create a custom 404 page:

1. Create a new html file that will display when the shopper encounters a 404 error
2. Navigate to Documents > Files > File Cabinet
3. Click Web Site Hosting Files > Live Hosting Files > Site.
4. Click the Add File button to upload the html file
5. Navigate to Setup > Site Builder > Domains
6. For each domain to redirect to this page select the file from the Not-Found Page drop down
7. Save

Note: If the 404 pages are redirecting to search then navigate to Setup > Site Builder > Set Up Web Site > Setup tab.  Then un-check Return Invalid URLs as Search Results.
