Creating a new report at Reports tab in Adaptive Insights but "New Report" dropdown button is not available.

This article is intended for accounts integrated with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite's partner in delivering financial management solutions.

To have an option to create a new report, the user should have access to at least one Level in the Organization Structure.

To do this:

1. Navigate to Admin > Edit User.
2.Click Edit link next to the name of the user.
3. Navigate to Use Details section > Level Access portlet.
4. Click the tickbox next to a specific Level to assign to the user.
5. Ask the user to clear his cache and then log back in to Adaptive Planning to check user has access to create a new report.
