Customer isgetting the "Notice (SuiteScript) Invalid nextapprover reference key" Error.
Reason:
The personset as the "Next Approver" could have been deleted or inactivated already.
Resolution:
- Confirmif there's an Approval Workflow deployed to Purchase Order, ExpenseReport or Vendor Bill.
-Open the Workflow and go to the SetField Action.
-Get the name set as the Next Approver and verify if it's active or not on theemployee record.
-If no record or if the record is disabled, change thevalue of the Next Approver Field.
