Most domain providers enable users to create a Text Record (TXT) record through a domain administration console, similar to the way how Domain Name Service (DNS) Records such as Mail Exchanger (MX) Record and Canonical Name (CNAME) Records. However, some providers only give limited support for TXT records or create it differently from other DNS records.
In Yahoo! SmallBusiness, the administration console does not allow creation of TXT records.
