Electronic Payments > Payments > Set-Up > Payment File Templates > Edit > Error : This edition does not support creation and editing of Payment File Formats.

When users edit a payment file format an error message may be encountered:

- Payments > Set-up > Payment File Templates > Edit a template for EFT and DD or
- Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Record Types > click the List link in the Payment File Format

This edition does not support creation and editing of Payment File Formats.

The message is encountered because:

1. The bundle installed in the account is only Bundle 182343 - NetSuite Electronic Payments. This module does not support the customization of file templates.
2. Both Bundle 182343 - Electronic Bank Payments and Bundle 21147 - Advanced Electronic Bank Payments are installed in the account but Bundle 21147  might not be updated successfully. This can be verified by going to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundle > List > look for Bundle ID 21147 > there is an X mark in Status column. If this is the case, a support case must be filed to request for bundle provisioning.

Important:

1. Please take note that this error message is not reproducible on testdrive accounts where only the free Bundle 182343 - Electronic Bank Payments is installed. We can edit payment file templates on this testaccounts because the functions of the Advanced Electronic Bank Payments (Bundle 21147) are incorporated on the free version (Bundle 182343).

2. Only Editing of Positive Pay file templates is available for the free version Bundle 182343.
