Identify the Company Name on the Campaign Unsubscribe Footer of an Email Marketing Campaign or Bulk Merge Email for OneWorld Accounts

Problem:

What Company Name will show up on the Unsubscribe Footer from an Email Marketing Campaign for customer records with different subsidiaries from OneWorld accounts?

"This message was sent from [Company Name] [Company Address]."

a. Send Email Preview
b. Customer A from Subsidiary A
c. Customer B from Subsidiary B

Solution:

To test:

1. Create 2 customer record with the following Subsidiaries

a. Customer A from Subsidiary A
b. Customer B from Subsidiary B

2. Create an email marketing campaign & save.

Results:

a. On Send Email Preview, the Company Name will come from the Subsidiary of the employee who created the email marketing campaign.
b. Customer A will show the Addressee from Subsidiary A from their customer record.
c. Customer B will show the Addressee from Subsidiary B from their customer record.

For Bulk Merges:

Requisite: 

1. Create an email template via Documents> Templates> Email Templates> New

2. Enter a Name, Subject and a Message on the Text Editor

3. On the Marketing tab, check both options:

   - Add Unsubscribe Link to Message Footer in Bulk Merges

   - Add Company Address to Message Footer in Bulk Merges

4. Save the template

Solution:

To test:

1. Create 2 customer record with the following Subsidiaries

a. Customer A from Subsidiary A

b. Customer B from Subsidiary B

2. Create and send a Bulk Merge

Results:

a. On Send Email Preview, the Company Name will come from the Subsidiary of the employee who initiated the Bulk Merge.

b. Customer A will show the Addressee from Subsidiary A from their customer record.

c. Customer B will show the Addressee from Subsidiary B from their customer record.
