On the Shopping Cart, shoppers may see a pop up with this alert "Your cart is full. We kindly request that you place your order now. Please click Proceed to Checkout."
As of NetSuite version 2012.2.0.150, the maximum number of line items you can add to the cart without the above message is 200. This is regardless of the quantity for each line item.
