No Lead Record Created During Web Store Registration

User register in Web Store and populates the required field in the Registration page.

Upon submit user is redirected back to Registration page and no lead record created in NetSuite.

To resolve this:

Login as Administrator Role

1) Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features and click the Web Presence tab

2) Un-check Web store and click Save

3) Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles

4) Click the Show Inactive check box at the bottom of the page

5) Locate the Customer Center role, in the list, un-check the Inactive flag, and click the Submit button on the bottom of the page

6) Go back to the Enable Features page and check / re-enable the Web store check box
