Sales Orders with PayPal Pending Authorization do not show in the Fulfill Orders and Approve Sales Orders page

Sales Orders with Pending PayPal Authorization happen when a customer does not complete an order or is logged off before completing the transaction.


Note: This is not a real sales order status in NetSuite but a separate flag for the transaction instead.


Once the customer completes their order on their PayPal Manager website, the sales order will refresh and will show the correct NetSuite status (Pending Approval or Pending Fulfillment).


While the sales order is at Pending PayPal Authorization stage, it cannot be approved nor fulfilled. This is the reason why they cannot be seen in the Approve Sales Orders page or Fulfill Orders page.
