Standard Invoice Form that uses the Standard PDF Layout does not print the Column Item Fields.

To print the Column Item fields, users can navigate to Setup > Company > Printing & Fax.  Under Printing tab, unmark "Print Transaction Forms Landscape" checkbox.

When this preference is enabled, the space is not enough to print the remittance slip. The other options for the user are:

-Customize the Transaction Form PDF Layout and reduce the height of the Columns

or 

-Reduce the Page Height of the Remittance Slip Layout.
