Transactions that are completed in PayPal are still showing as 'Paypal Pending Authorization' on the Web Sales Order

To prevent the issue from happening, Paypal advises to turn on Instant Payment Notification (IPN) service. By Enabling this feature, NetSuite will receive any payment notifications from PayPal.

The NetSuite Account number must be set in the compid parameter

Steps the PayPal provided to enable IPN:
1. Log in to PayPal account
2. Click on Profile
3. Click on My Selling Tools
4. Look under Getting paid and managing my risk and click on Update for Instant Payment Notifications.
5. Click on Choose IPN Settings
6. Enter Notification URL and select Receive IPN message
7. Save
