Unable to Access NetSuite or Sandbox Login Page Only when Using a Certain Machine


When trying to access the NetSuite / Sandbox login page, user gets a cannot display the webpage error message across all browsers.


After determining that the page being accessed is indeed working for other machine/users except for another user, try re-starting  the modem/router to reset the internet connection for the page.

 

This problem occurs when viewing the same site over a router from more than one computer or application at the same time (over a prolonged time interval). This activates a feature in the server software that puts the IP address on a so called Band List. The web hosting company will not be able to correct it because they don't know what is going on, because they can see that it is working fine at their end.
