CSV Transaction Import Total Contribution for Sales Reps cannot exceed 100%

The CSV Import error: Total Contribution for Sales Reps cannot exceed 100% occurs when the Sales Team assigned to the record user is updating or creating has a contribution percentage greater then 100.

When creating a transaction record this error usually occurs because user does not have the Advanced CSV Option: Overwrite Sublists = TRUE. 

If Overwrite sublists = FALSE then NetSuite tries and uses the Sales Team currently assigned to the entity as well as any Sales Reps in CSV file.
