Unable to Open Attached PDF Files in Emails Sent to Contact Records Using Firefox

This can be resolved by removing the PDF Download add-on that is listed in the details. After then, the user will be able to set Adobe Reader as the default application for PDF in Firefox browsers and the Adobe PDF Plug-In will work again.

1. In Firefox, navigate to Options > Options.

2. Click Applications.
3. Look for the Adobe Acrobat Forms Document (if using Adobe Reader) or PDF files (for other PDF readers) Content Type and click it.
4. Set the Action column to Use PDF reader name (in Firefox). (PDF Reader name is a placeholder for the PDF reader in the computer and depends on the installed PDF program. The important information here is to choose the action with 'in Firefox')
5. Click OK to close the Options window.
