Unable to Turn-off the MLI Feature Even if There is No Inventory Distribution

According to our Help guide, we can not turn the feature off once you have enabled the feature and distributed the items without contacting Customer Support. The case is true also if they have created items after enabling the Multi Location Inventory feature.
