Customers with Premiere Support Package with Paypal can receive an email notification for scheduled and unscheduled events for Paypal Products. Other customers can get this information on PayPal Notifications site or on their PayPal Manager Account.
To verify PayPal site maintenance, customers can either:
A. Check the Paypal Site Status page
1. Go to the website https://www.paypal-notify.com/main_home.
2. Under Recent Events, Click PayPal Site Status or Payflow Site Status.
This provides details of Scheduled and Unscheduled events for PayPal or Payflow products.

B. Login to the PayPal Account Manager page - https://manager.paypal.com/
