Case Saved Search that Displays Messages sent using Email Button

Steps:
1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2. Click Case.
3. Criteria > Standard > Filters:
  • Messages Fields... > Subject > is not empty
  • Messages Fields... > Type > Email
  • Messages Fields... >  Is Incoming > No
4. Click Results tab.
5. Add the following fields:
  • Number
  • Subject
  • Company
  • Contact
  • Assigned To
  • Messages Fields... > Type
  • Messages Fields... > Author
  • Messages Fields... > Recipient
  • Messages Fields... > Subject
  • Messages Fields... > Message
6. Click Preview or Save & Run.
