Giving Customer Center Access to Contact Throws an Error Message This entity already exists

Users need to temporary remove the access from the main customer record to eliminate the error message.

1. Navigate to List > Relationships > Customers.
2. Edit the customer record.
3. Navigate to System Information > Access > uncheck the Give Access for the customer.
4. Click Save.
5. Edit the customer record again.
6. Navigate to System Information > Access > check the Access box for contact and provide passwords.
7. Click Save.
8. Edit the customer record.
9. Navigate to System Information > Access > check the Give Access for the customer.
