Global Search an Item > Export CSV > results were blank, only header column display

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > Preferred Item Search Results > click Edit link

2. On Results tab > My Preferred Search Results checkbox = uncheck > Save

3. Perform the same steps on exporting the items via Global Search and the results shoud now display the item lists.

 

Note: User may opt to set back the My Preferred Results checkbox = T again.
