Merge Lead/Customer Records and Eliminate Error on Duplicate Entities with Access to the Same Role but Different Credentials

1. Identify the records to be merged
2. Edit the customer record that will be tagged as Duplicate
3. On the customer record on #3, go to System Information tab then click on the Access subtab
4. Un-check the Give Access field, Give Access = F
5. Save
