NetSuite International Edition or NetSuite OneWorld Edition: Check Number is Missing when Processing Bill Payment

Due to the fix released for Defect 151407 - Japan: Please hide Check related menu and field from system, check number field disappears when you process vendor payment for vendors with address set in Japan.

It is for this reason that we have Enhancement 246123 - Japan Subsidiary: Transactions > Purchases/Vendors > Pay Single Vendor > Show Check Number Field filed.
