Phone field under the Shipping tab not displayed in the Packing Slip printout

Make Phone NumberField Display on Packing Slip under Shipping Tab

 

1.  Confirm that Customer record from the Item Fulfillment has a phone numberinformation under the Address tab.

 

2.  Set "Ship Phone" value forprinting

a.      Edit the Customer Record

Lists > Relationship> Customers >Edit Customer

enter aPhone Number on fields needed

b.      Edit the Sales Order

Transactions > Sales> Enter Sales Order > List

underthe Shipping tab, set the Ship to Select to blank

         thenselect the customer address again.

c.      Save.

d.      Printing Item Fulfillment.
