Users can refresh the server side cache for the web store by following these steps:
1. Navigate to Setup > Site Builder > Set Up Web Site.
2. Edit a specific site if you are using multi-sites.
3. Click Save without making any changes to the Web Site Setup page.
This can be done when changes made to the web store are not yet reflected when users view the web store.
Clearing the browser's cache should also be done along with this method to ensure the changes will be reflected on the web store.
