Rerun a Pivot Report

Currently, Pivot Reports do not support definition of an audience, and cannot be saved or emailed. If a user wants to revisit the results of his previous Pivot Report, he needs to navigate back to the Search and define the layout again.

As an alternate solution, users may bookmark their Pivot Reports and access the results at a later time without going through the setup process all over again.

1. Edit the Search.
2. Click on Pivot Report.
3. Customize your the report to your liking.
4. Click on Run Report.
5. Copy the URL of the Results page.
6. Save the URL as a Bookmark on your browser or a Shortcut on your Dashboard.
