Save Printed Invoice in Adobe Acrobat using Google Chrome

Steps to Reproduce:

Browser = Google Chrome
1. Navigate to Transactions > Management > Print Checks & Forms
2. Select Invoices
3. Mark Invoices to print
4. Click Print button
5. On the PDF Viewer
6. Hover mouse over Save icon
7. Click Icon

Actual Result:
Nothing happens, PDF is not saved

8. Right Click on the PDF Viewer
9. Select Save As

Actual Result:
Nothing happens, PDF is not saved.


We can disable the Chrome PDF viewer and revert to Adobe Reader, follow the steps below:
1. Type "about:plugins" in the address bar (without the quotes)
2. Hit Enter key
3. Click on Details (top right)
4. Disable "Chrome PDF Viewer"
5. Enable the "Adobe Acrobat"

This will allow you to Save PDF files using Adobe
