Create a Saved Search for Estimates not converted to Sales Order or Cash Sale and have no Invoice associated with them

Create a Saved Search for Estimates not converted to Sales Order or Cash Sale.

1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New.
2. Choose Transaction as Saved Search Type.
3. Add the Following fields as Filters in the Criteria tab:

• Type > set to Estimate
• Main Line > set to True
• Applying Transaction Fields.. > Type > is none of > set to Cash Sales, Sales Order

4. Navigate to Results tab > Add desired Fields users want to show in the Results page.
5. Enter Search Title.
6. Click Save & Run.
