1. Navigate to Lists > Searches > Saved Searches > New.
2. Click Customers.
3. In the Criteria tab > Standard subtab > choose the filter "Transaction Fields…"
4. A small window will pop up, select Promotion in the dropdown list for the Transaction Filter field.
5. On the new window which contains a list of Promotion records, choose "none of" and highlight the Promotion records that need to be filtered.
6. Click Set.
7. In the Results tab, add necessary fields.
8. Click Save.
